Happy Halloween!!

Yea! Halloween is here! Jeff is out of town, so it is just me and the girls. We are going to have dinner with our neighbors and then go trick or treating. We are making some goodies and of course I needed lots of help. Cupcakes and corn bread....yum!

Here we are at the dinner. Julia needed a drink and still loves that Camelback bottle! I love Paige's expression.

Yea, Mi Mi made it!!

I tried to get a photo of the big girls....you know how that goes!

Me and my goblins.

Mi Mi and her goblins.

Our first house! Thanks Norman and Rita! They were handing out Snickers and Julia can't have them, so I tried to sneak some safe candy in her bag and she threw herself on the ground and threw a huge fit! We were calling her the cranky fish. After that I got a lot more sly and we didn't have any more fits.

Yep, we are heading out for more!

Julia just got right in there!

Checking out to see what we got.

Just like with her purses, she carried her goodie bag with her arm up in the air. It was hilarious!

Natalie and Emily act just like sisters. I think this is Natalie's don't touch me look. I love how they painted Emily's hair red!

Me and my fish.

At this point Natalie was telling me that hew feet hurt and Julia just kept saying, "More!"

Halloween was so much fun. We have such a great neighborhood and such great neighbors. I am so excited that the holidays are right around the corner. I am pretty sure that they are going to be magical!

Musik Garden Halloween Party!

The Monday before Halloween we attended our Musik Garden class with the PAT program. The kids got to dress up and it was a great rehearsal for Halloween!

My beautiful Mermaid.

My super cute fish.

Natalie and Emily, both dressed up as mermaids. Here they are getting ready to head into class!

Julia decided to join them for a photo.

The kiddos heading down the hall.

The kids on the parade. Some of the high school students came out to watch. It was so cute. Chloe is a flamingo.

Once back in music class the kids got to pick an instrument to play with. Julia loved this thing. Natalie did the finger cymbals.

And then Julia was done. With music class and her costume.

Natalie wrapping up class with Ms. June and Emily.

Donuts and Bicycles

To celebrate with just our family we decided to have a donuts party! Natalie loves donuts so we thought it would be perfect. There was just one problem. Everyone was sick! So, I invited our wonderful neighbors to join us and help fill the gaps! Natalie didn't notice and have a wonderful time!!

Here is the table. I surprised Natalie with it.

And here is sweet Natalie blowing out her candles. I accidentally only put three candles on it the first time. I can't believe she is four!

Pa Pa Don and Aunt Suzanne brought Natalie some wonderful gifts!

And here is the gang playing with Natalie's new puzzle!

Since Jared couldn't come to her party, he came the next day with a new bigger bike! Natalie was excited and has started to ride it really well!

Julia trying to help Daddy get Natalie's bike ready.

And she is off!

When she was tired of riding her bike, Uncle Jared was nice enough to give the girls a ride in the wagon.

I think it is safe to say that Natalie's birthday parties were a hit!

Odds and Ends

Natalie's actual birthday was a rough day. Both Julia and I were really sick, so Natalie ended up staying all night at Mi Mi's. I think she thought she won the lottery!!

I did get some time with her in the morning and she opened up a gift from Marty. This is the PJ's that she just loves, but I think her favorite is the backpack that looks like a tu-tu. It has replaced all her other backpacks.

Carrie and Joe made these ghosts to put on their trees and Carrie got this cute shot of Julia checking them out!

Natalie got a sleeping bag from Emily and she loves it. I found her just laying in it the other day. Too cute.

Julia is always trying to imitate Natalie. Currently Natalie has a fascination with bags and purses. So, Julia likes to carry them too, although her shoulders aren't big enough and she thinks she needs to hold up her arm to keep them from sliding off! It is hilarious.

Ethan's first birthday was the end of October and it was sports themed. So, in true form, Carrie and I dressed our kids up to match the theme! They were the cutest cheerleaders ever!

My temperamental cheerleader.

And here we are at the party with the birthday boy's sister. The three best friends.

When we went to the pumpkin patch at the beginning of October, we had professional photos taken. I finally got them and thought they turned out so cute!

Puppy Love!

We just love our pup!
