Catching Up!

We have been so busy, I feel like there isn't any time to update the blog! Here are some pics!

We recently had a bee infestation. What started out as a few dead bees in the basement, ended with 100,000 in the attic. We had to call a bee professional, as they are a protected insect, and have them removed! It was crazy! Here are some of the before pics the bee guy took from the attic.

And here, thank God, are the after.

Here are all our friends, in a nice box, headed off to their new home.

The were there for less than a day and had already made this honeycomb! Such busy bees!

Pa Pa James came up to see Julia for her birthday and brought the girls a few goodies!

Marty got her this animal rescue trailer and it has already made multiple rescues!

Julia participated in her Kindergarten Field Day, which had a dog theme.

Julia and her BFF, Natalie.

Julia was invited to a classmates birthday party and they painted BB8's. It was a lot of fun! Jeff took it to his office.

Julia had her end of school field trip at Botanica. It was a beautiful day and we had lots of fun!

Julia's PE class participates in a mock Kentucky Derby. Here is her hat she created.

Natalie's school put on a Kickin it in the Quad performance. Each class does there own dance and the theme this year was sports. She dressed up as a cheerleader! She was so cute, that her photo appeared in the school newsletter.

Here is Natalie dancing with her sweet teacher. After the first time they dance they get to pick someone from the crowd to come and join them.

The girls played soccer this spring and had a great time.

Here is Julia scoring a goal!

At the end of the seasons the girls each got a medal. Natalie's coach named her "Best Offensive Player"

I had photos taken with the girls for Mother's Day.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day! It started off with a great breakfast and some fun gifts!

Some of my Mother's Day was spent finishing up Natalie's Abigail Adam's dress. It is the first piece of clothing I have ever made!

My day ended with a wonderful bind cake!

The girls had their spring piano recital and did a great job! They even asked if I would pretty please play a song with them.
