Dad has been in town helping out with Natalie and they have done some pretty fun things! Here they are during their trip to Salina.

So, last Thursday Natalie had her PAT spring party. There were snacks, crafts, music and of course a real bunny to pet.

Here Natalie is decorating and enjoying her treat.

Her Jeff and Natalie are making the bunny craft.

Here are Natalie and Dad during the music class.

Here is Natalie petting Jack the bunny. She was a little nervous at first, but came around later.

Jeff hurt his toe a while ago and tapes it before his kick boxing class, here is Natalie taping her toes too. She cracks me up!

Dad is leaving to head back home Monday morning. We will sure miss all his help! I have a doctors appointment Tuesday morning, only two more left before my scheduled c-section!!

Week 35 Doctors Appointment

So, I had a doctors appointment at 8:30 this morning. When I got there I found out that my doc was out and I would be seeing a resident. First thing they did was weigh me and holy cow, I gained 6lbs in a week. How is that even possible! My blood pressure was fine though, so they just determined that I was retaining water. The resident checked me and I am now at a "strong" 3 and 85% effaced. I am still having contractions. She told me that really I could go into labor at anytime, all the stars were aligned. If the baby is born before 37 weeks, which will be next Wednesday, she will be a preemie, but she shouldn't have any major issues. I have had a hard time sleeping lately so they told me I could take some Tylenol PM, I can't wait to try it out tonight. I am still taking it easy and praying that she stays in there one more week!

Catching Up!

I am so behind on posting photos! Here are some from recent activities. Here is Natalie just being super cute hanging out on our bed.

MiMi bought her this really cute outfit and I couldn't resist taking a couple of photos.

I love it when I hold Natalie and she just cuddles my stomach. It is so cute.

We celebrated MiMi's birthday the Saturday before. Natalie loves to wear her reading glasses and she looks so silly in them.

One of her new favorite things to do is line up her chairs and boss us around on who is sitting where. It is pretty funny.

Natalie loves to visit the nursery, here she is with a baby rocking her in the chair with one of the baby blankets.

Just love close up photos of Natalie.

Dad came into town to help take care of Natalie as MiMi had to have her gallbladder out. It has been so nice having him here! Here they are taking care of their babies by rubbing their backs. Mom stopped by to see Natalie, as she hadn't seen her since her surgery!

Jeff and Natalie hanging out!

Natalie loving on her baby.

Since the tournament has started, Natalie has been all about her little basket ball goal. She is very serious when she goes to make a basket and she is pretty good if I do say so myself!

Natalie glad to see her MiMi after a break because of MiMi's surgery!

Sesame Street Live!

So, today we went to Sesame Street Live with Abbie and her family. The girls had such a great time! We were so excited to see them have so much fun. Jeff and Natalie even wore their Elmo attire and looked so cute together. We did have to buy a 10 dollar balloon, but that is OK. Elmo didn't hug Natalie and she was a little upset, she kept saying, "Elmo hug Nannie" and would wrap her arms around herself. Poor thing. At one point she even tried darting across the floor to get to him to get a hug! She did get hugs and high fives from a lot of the other characters.

Lots of Changes and a little drama...

So, things have been a little stressful around here, but we are making it! I was headed up to be with Kendra during Immanuel's heart cath, last Wednesday, when I stopped to walk around at a Wal-Mart. I went to the rest room and noticed blood. I called my OB, who had me call 911. At the hospital they checked out the baby and said that she was fine and they were unsure of where the blood was coming from. After an exam they determined that I had a blood clot, which they removed, from an unknown source. They started me on antibiotics for the baby's lungs in case they would have to deliver her early. They also determined that I was at 1 and 20% effaced. So, they monitored me for contractions and watched the baby closely to make sure that she wasn't in distress. I spent two nights in the hospital. Jeff's dad brought him up and they retrieved my car from the Wal-Mart parking lot and he stayed with me. I was so relieved to see him!

Here I am the first night.

Here I am on Thursday sporting the shirt that I bought to be part of team Immanuel. I couldn't get it on over my IV, but I think you get the idea! Immanuel did great and he got discharged before I did! Yea Immanuel!!

Here is baby girl's heart rate on the machine as they were monitoring her.

So, the next week on Tuesday we saw my doc. He honestly had no idea what was going on, so he told me that I needed to be taking it easy until the baby comes. So, friends and Mom have been pitching in to help me out. I think Pa Pa James might even come and spend sometime with us! We need to keep baby girl in there just a little longer...

So, Natalie's friend Abbie has a big girl bed. I mentioned it to Natalie because it is getting so hard lifting her into her crib and she was all about it! So, off went the side of her crib and up went the rail. So far so good, she loves her new bed. We will see if it continues.

Natalie's potty training is going really well too. I am so proud of her, she is just growing up right before my eyes!!

Here she is in her new big girl bed.

Along with everything else, we have been doing a little remodeling in the bathroom. I know, we just built right? Well, we should have tried the shower stall before we bought, neither Jeff or I could lift our arms up in it!!

So, here is the old shower:

And here is the new shower. It is heaven on earth...

Natalie loves to take things with her when she goes places. So, we decided to get her a back pack so she could keep track of it all. She just loves it and she is so cute with it on.

Here are the two loves of my life (soon to be 3!) Aren't they just adorable?

So, I think that is it. Wow, I hope the month is calm before baby girl enters the world and we are having to figure out how to be a family of four!!

Puppy Love!

We just love our pup!
