Lots Going On!

Wow, we have been up to so much. I thought I would share some photos!

So, last week we went to Baby Waves to try and get a sneak peek of the new little one. I guess she had a different plan because she wouldn't stay still! These are the best photos we got and they aren't great. Of course we think she is just beautiful!

We took Natalie with us, but she was totally not interested. I had her wear her Big Sister shirt, but she thought it would be funny to put her blankie in front of it. So sassy.

The grocery store here in town now has little carts for the kids to use. I let Natalie use one for the first time when Dad was here with us and she thought she was big stuff!

We went to Kobe Steakhouse for my birthday and Natalie thought it was great! She even ate some of the soup.

Natalie and Emily were eating cookies the other day and Emily found a new way to enjoy the frosting!

Natalie is so ready to be a big sister. Here she is changing her baby's diaper. She can take one off and put one on all by herself. She is going to be such a big help.

For Christmas Mi Mi got Natalie a Barbie Mustang. Dad and Jeff put it together and it is a hit. We haven't put the battery in it yet, but they enjoy climbing in and out of it and turning on the radio. Oh, right after we took this photo Natalie peed in the car. She has been wanting to wear underwear, but doesn't have the hang of it yet!

Dad got Natalie a rocking horse for Christmas and she loves it!

I just think this photo is cute!

Dad and Natalie playing with her train.

I have a chair for Natalie to stand in to help me cook and sometimes there is enough room for two cooks in the kitchen. I love the looks both of the girls have.

Dad also got Natalie a Leapster for her birthday, you can see that she likes it. Below is her opening her gifts. She loves the crayons for the tub, the camera (which she has learned to use) and her very own laptop.

Natalie had Abbie over for a play date and the girls wanted to get in Natalie's bed. They were so cute snuggling together. I can see many sleepovers in their future! I am sure all the secrets they share will be about how great their Mom's are!

Update!

Just a quick update on what we have been up to!

We have had a few play dates since most of our activities are on holiday break. This day we were at Emily's hanging out. The girls thought it would be fun to climb on Emily's bed, they are too cute!

Natalie has been drawing faces on her new chalkboard. It is kind of hard to see, but I draw the circle face and she fills everything else in. You can see ears, hair, a nose and the crazy part at the bottom is a mouth. I think there might be an eye somewhere too. Anyway, for 27 months, I think it is pretty good!

Mom finished the top treatment for the nursery and I think it looks great! Thanks mom!

Anyway, that is it for now! Pa Pa James is coming next week, yea!!

Working on the Nursery!

Jared got Natalie a trampoline for Christmas and she loves it! She is so cute jumping on it.

So, I finally got the saying for the wall of the nursery. I had bought some decals that matched the bedding and once I got it all put together I thought it looked great! I decided to add some above the closet too.

Merry Christmas!

Here are some photos of our Christmas fun!

Here are Jeff and Natalie on Christmas Eve before we went to my moms. She doesn't have her finger in her nose, she is saying, "Shhh...."

Mom bought Natalie this dress and I thought it was so cute on her.

This is Natalie in front of the presents at mom's house.

Here we are eating dinner!

Opening gifts!

A baby doll for the new baby!

Natalie showing off her book that she gave to Pa Pa.

Mommy and Natalie. Natalie is holding a cross for the baby's room.

Natalie got a little tired of opening gifts!

I just got a little tired. Isn't this onesie that Mom found cute? It says, Little Sister on it.

Jeff with some more gifts for the new little one.

Natalie tackling her big gift.

This is our tree before Santa came, Natalie put cookies and milk out for Santa.

Christmas morning, and Natalie trying out her new easel from Santa. We had such a great time opening all our gifts!

Here we are Christmas morning!

Natalie using her new chapstick. For some reason she loves to put it on her chin....

Natalie and Jeff at my Great Grandmas.

Natalie opening up presents from Jeff's Dad.

Natalie showing Pa Pa Don her book.

Suzanne, Natalie's Aunt, got her a doll you could dress with magnetic clothes and this is how Natalie dressed her. It was too funny.

These are gifts from Marty and Uncle Allen. I think Natalie had a great time playing with them before she even opened them!

Here is a photo of Jeff's side of the family. Natalie was done wearing all her Christmas dresses and requested to be naked. I mean, it is Christmas, and that is a pretty easy wish to fill!

While Jeff and I were cleaning up we let Natalie paint, I guess we should have been a little more specific about what she should paint.

Puppy Love!

We just love our pup!
