Catching up!

We have been so busy the past month or so! Either with fun things, or sickness, there is always something going on!

Julia had her first "real" playdate with her friend Natalie from her pre-k class. Natalie went to lunch with us then came home with us to play until we went back to the school to pick up our Natalie. The girls had a great time!

And here are a couple shots I got of my Dad and the girls while he was here for my birthday.

Julia had mouth surgery and missed making Stone Soup at school so we made some at home! If you want to know more about her surgery and recovery I put together a little blog just about that.

She received lots of love and prayers and even some flowers from the Burbachs!

I took Natalie to get some shoes and she surprised me by wanting to try sushi with me. The best part was that she liked it! Yea!

We had a couple unseasonably warm days and we took advantage of them!

And the best part of the day was Natalie learning to ride her bike without training wheels! Yea!

I was hoping that we could keep the sickness away, but poor Natalie was sick with pneumonia for quite a while.

Julia got invited to an ice skating birthday party and absolutely loved it! Jeff was brave enough to try it with her and they both did really well!

We had Acacia stay with us for a few nights so we turned Julia's room into a dormitory.
