Julia had two wonderful birthday parties to celebrate turning 6!
First up was her friends party at Color Me Mine. It is a place where you can pick out a piece of pottery and paint it. You pick it up a couple weeks later after they fire it.
First up...Pizza!

Time to pick out our pieces! They reserved a horse for Julia.
Finally, time to paint!
For the cake, I made cupcakes and left them bare. I gave each child a cupcake on a plate with different toppings to use as decorations. I also had cans of frosting available for them to use too! The kids loved it and the cupcakes were loaded up!
Time for presents!
After the party we worked on a little project of our own!
Julia was very excited for her birthday!
The morning of her birthday started off with chocolate cake waffles with strawberries and whipped cream!
That night we had a taco bar, per Julia's request we had to include fish tacos. Everyone made it and we had a great time!
After dinner it was time for presents!
