Yea, it is Thanksgiving time. A time for friends, food and wine! We hosted a potluck Thanksgiving dinner and had a great time. I couldn't believe all the great food we had! Here are some photos of our fun.
Dessert Table
Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle
The Cheesecake Factory Pumpkin Cheesecake, decorated sugar and ginger cookies and browned butter toffee tartlets. Oh, and super cute turkey cupcakes from a bakery here in town.

The turkey game, ready and waiting.

And here are the girls with their good friends, Emily and Chloe.
And finally it was time to do the turkey game! Natalie picked the first feather.
The girls singing.
Julia's feather wanted her to do the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Hot Dog Dance. She was a little excited.
And here they are dancing and Julia is just belting out the lyrics.
My feather wanted me to play pat-a-cake.
Natalie is super talented. She can touch her nose with her tongue.
For the second year in a row, Jeff did the YMCA dance. This year he had a lot more help.
And next we played the hot-potato game with a ridiculous turkey hat that the looser had to pose for in a photo.

And even on Thanksgiving everyone needs a little down time.

Suzanne, Don and Natalie. Julia was napping by this point.
This cupcake is going down!
Natalie is cheer leading for the biddy basket ball team at the YMCA and she is so adorable in her uniform.

When Shawn was in town we watched her daughter Emma for a couple days. We had a great time and at one point Natalie told someone, "Isn't she cute? We get to keep her for another day!" She cracks me up.
Breakfast with Emma.
We recently had a quick trip to the ranch to help work some cattle.
Christmas shopping is hard work and required a family massage.
Julia and Chloe tearing it up in the mustang.
Yep, Julia is even cool on the toilet.
Yea!! We were so excited to meet Elias!! Welcome to the world sweet baby!
Poor Julia has been really sick. We finally determined that she has a kidney infection that started as a UTI and maybe whooping cough. I think we got the right meds finally and I am hoping that she turns around soon!
After her second doctors appointment where she got not one, but two antibiotic shots. She had been running a fever for over 5 days.
And finally getting some much needed rest. And thankfully when she woke up she was feeling much better!!
While Julia was sick Natalie had a birthday party after one of her games. It was for her good friend Ally. The had a bowling birthday and Natalie had never been before so it was lots of fun.
After Thanksgiving we did get our tree decorated before Julia got sick. It was so much fun and the girls were hilarious!
Hanging ornaments.
Julia won the coin toss, so she got to put the star on the tree.
Love her hand over Jeff's eyes!
