Julia and Natalie Dance Class

Natalie is signed up for her first dance academy at the YMCA. This means that they will learn a dance they will perform at the end of the sememster. I am of course so excited to see her all dressed up!! Julia, of course, would not be left out, and is taking a parent and me class right before Natalie's. The girls are taking them with Chloe, Abbie and Emily. Not sure these pics need much narration.

Preschool and Scooters!

I can't believe that Natalie is starting her last year of preschool. She is going full time now, which is Monday thru Friday 12:45-3:15. Julia is still napping in the afternoon, so it is going to be weird to have a little me time in the middle of the day to get caught up on things! Here Natalie is sporting her new dress and backpack.

Jeff met us to take Natalie to her first day. Julia also got to wear a new dress!

Natalie was so excited that Abbie was in her class this year. Here they are in the "dramatic play" area. I am pretty sure they will not have any trouble in the drama area!

Julia has been chasing Natalie and Emily on their scooters for a couple weeks now. I thought that maybe she would like to have one of her own, so we took her to get one last weekend. She picked out the Minnie Mouse Clubhouse one. The bow lights up and it plays music. She was a natural on it and Natalie loved cheering her on. Now, if it would get below 100 we could take it outside!

I like this photo because you can see her crazy bed head. It looks like she is going fast, but it just so happens that her hair just sticks out like that after bedtime and naptime! It is some serious crazy hair.

Friends and Fun!

After Emily's birthday Carrie had a little get together to get rid of all the left over food. She also had this activity for the kids where they dug around in rice that she had dyed blue for treasures, unfortunately the blue dye came off on the kids and the looked like smurfs!

Carrie, Joe and the girls came out to the ranch to hang out for a while. Here the older girls are playing while the rest of us were attempting to catch fish!

Julia just wouldn't give up. She stood there forever, letting me cast it and she would reel it in. She was so cute because she kept asking, "Dat fish Ma Ma?" I would have to tell her that it was just moss or sticks.

Natalie and Emily getting ready for their first sleep over! They did great, except I had to sit on the end of the bed to get them to quit talking so they would sleep! Silly girls. Seems like just yesterday I remember my mom doing the same thing!
